Loney Taylor, a 41-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 8, 2018, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 11:19 PM in the 9400 block of Avis Avenue. Taylor was one of two victims shot multiple times and transported to a local hospital. Despite efforts to save him, Taylor succumbed to his injuries.
