Jeremiah Jaquahn Ballard, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 15, 2018, in Raceland, Louisiana. According to reports, Jeremiah was one of the victims in a shooting incident that took place in the garage of a residence on Market Street in Raceland.
