Alonzo Hogan, a 34-year-old African American man, was tragically murdered on July 1, 2005, in Raceland, Louisiana. His body was discovered the following day near Bayou Gauche Road, St. Charles Parish. The autopsy revealed that he died from asphyxiation caused by strangulation.
