Death by Force

Deantai Box, a 32-year-old Detroit resident, was murdered on the morning of September 25, 2017. The incident occurred around 7:20 a.m. in the 18000 block of Ohio Street, near Wyoming and Curtis in Detroit. Box was shot in his driveway as he was stepping out to grab a wheelchair for a terminally ill friend. Witnesses reported hearing someone say "no" three times before gunshots rang out.
