Oshae Isaiah Doffney, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2019, in Eunice, Louisiana. Oshae was born on September 19, 1995, and was a resident of Elton, Louisiana. His untimely death occurred early in the morning, and he was pronounced dead at Mercy Regional Hospital.
