Akeem Addidis Caesar, a 22-year-old African American male from Eunice, Louisiana, was reported missing on December 24, 2015. His body was discovered on February 1, 2016, in a wooded area north of East Magnolia Avenue in Eunice. The discovery was made by a group of rabbit hunters who were scouting for game. An autopsy confirmed that Caesar had been shot to death, and his death was ruled a homicide. DNA tests were used to positively identify the body as that of Akeem Caesar.
