In the quiet town of Eunice, Louisiana, the holiday season of 2015 was tragically marked by the disappearance of a young man. Akeem Addidis Caesar, a 22-year-old African American male, was last seen on Christmas Eve. As days turned into weeks, concern for his whereabouts grew within the community. The search for Akeem came to a grim end on February 1, 2016, when his body was discovered in a wooded area in Eunice.
