In the late hours of August 22, 2026, the life of 34-year-old Rico Cardazz Morgan of Eunice, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. The night's events unfolded in the parking lot of Chip's Daiquiris on West Laurel Avenue, a local establishment that would become the scene of a violent outburst that shook the community.
