Julie Couvillon, a 36-year-old nurse from Metairie, Louisiana, tragically lost her life on February 24, 2019. Julie, who was of Caucasian ethnicity, was enjoying a rare night out on Bourbon Street in New Orleans when she was fatally shot. The incident occurred around 3:10 a.m. near Willie's Chicken Shack.
