Ivy Frank, a 32-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on June 27, 2019, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred during a domestic violence episode that also claimed the lives of Christa Sudduth, 35, and her grandmother, Ruby White, 72.
