In a tragic turn of events stemming from a domestic dispute, Ivy Frank, a 32-year-old African American male, lost his life on June 27, 2019, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The horrific incident also claimed the lives of 35-year-old Christa Sudduth and her 72-year-old grandmother, Ruby White. The violence unfolded at White's residence on South Harrell's Ferry Road, forever altering the lives of those involved.
