In the late afternoon of November 16, 2019, 29-year-old Charles Dakota 'Koti' Arnold, a White / Caucasian male, was found shot to death in his car in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The discovery of his body at a location on North Sherwood Forest Boulevard initiated an investigation by the Baton Rouge Police Department that would soon uncover a fatal robbery disguised as a drug transaction. Arnold, a resident of Denham Springs and an electrician, passed away at Ochsner Medical Center in Baton Rouge.
