DeMarco Green, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on December 15, 2019, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. at the Town Oaks Apartment complex located in the 7800 block of Youree Drive. Green, who resided in the 2600 block of Meadow Street, was shot in the chest and subsequently transported to the emergency room at Ochsner LSU Health hospital.
