Xavier Griffin, a 19-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on March 31, 2021, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. near the Lakeside Garden Apartments in the 2300 block of Marion Street. According to the Caddo Parish Coroner's Office, Griffin was found dead at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds. An autopsy was ordered to determine the exact cause of death.
