In the summer of 2020, the life of 30-year-old Deondre Pennywell, a male from Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of August 4th, around 12:20 p.m., the sound of gunfire echoed through the 2200 block of Morningside Drive. When Shreveport Police patrol units arrived at the scene, they discovered a grim tableau.
