Deondre Pennywell, a 30-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 4, 2020, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the 2200 block of Morningside Drive, near the intersection of Kent Avenue. Pennywell, along with 19-year-old Kolby Ross, was a victim of a drive-by shooting.
