Leeactrice Reed, a 21-year-old male from Shreveport, LA, tragically lost his life on October 24, 2020. The incident occurred just after 10:50 p.m. in the 8500 block of Panatela Lane, where Shreveport Police patrol officers responded to reports of a man lying unresponsive in the front yard of a residence.
