Katrayvon B. Hill, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 23, 2021, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred outside an Allendale neighborhood store on Madison Avenue. Officers arrived at the scene just before 10 a.m. to find Hill lying on the ground, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was promptly taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after.
