Drexel Platt, aged 42, was shot and killed on June 4, 2016, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident took place in the 1800 block of North Foster Drive around 1:00 PM. Platt sustained fatal injuries during the shooting, while another individual, a 50-year-old man, was also shot but survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
