Death by Force

On January 23, 2021, Baton Rouge Police Department officers responded to a call at 4634 Earl Gros Avenue, where they discovered the bodies of 33-year-old Frederick Hollins and 26-year-old Laquincia Jackson. Both victims had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.

Following an investigation, authorities arrested 29-year-old Brandon Lavergne in connection with the double homicide. Detectives believe that Lavergne was involved in the deaths of both Hollins and Jackson.
