In the early morning hours of October 7, 2021, the life of 40-year-old Jonathan Bellot, a male resident of Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. Responding to reports of a shooting just after 4:40 a.m. in the 400 block of Ockley Drive, Shreveport Police officers discovered Bellot suffering from a gunshot wound to his head. Despite immediate attention, he was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Shreveport Fire Department.
