Tameka Skinner, a 39-year-old woman from Phenix City, Alabama, was fatally shot on July 27, 2020, in a tragic incident that sent shockwaves through the local community. Skinner's death occurred at an apartment complex located in the 400 block of 12th Avenue, where she was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
