Xavier Perry, a 12-year-old African American boy, was tragically killed on November 4, 2021, in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was found shot multiple times inside a home in the West Cedar Grove neighborhood, along with his 18-year-old brother, Joshua Perry, and their 29-year-old mother, Adriana Perry Rigsby. The bodies were discovered by a family member who went to check on them and found the back door open. Each victim had been shot at least once in the upper body.
