Cedrick Parker, a 38-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 21, 2021, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning near the Who Dat Lounge parking lot. Baton Rouge Police Department detectives responded to the scene and found Parker dead in a vehicle.
