D'Andre James Walker, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on December 8, 2021, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Born on May 5, 2000, D'Andre attended New Orleans Public Schools and graduated from high school with the Louisiana National Guard Youth Challenge Program in 2017.
