Born on May 5, 2000, D'Andre was a native of the city, having attended its public schools before graduating from the Louisiana National Guard Youth Challenge Program in 2017. He was known for his passion for music and his work in the restaurant industry, having been employed at BJ's and Walk-Ons Restaurant.
