David Quinn Price, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 19, 2019, in New Orleans, LA. David was shot in the parking lot of a Walmart located in the 6000 block of Bullard Avenue in New Orleans East around 9:00 p.m. on November 18, 2019.
