Cuong Vu, a 17-year-old Vietnamese-American male, tragically lost his life on March 4, 1995, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Cuong was an altar boy at St. Brigid Catholic Church and played high school football. He aspired to become a priest. On that fateful night, Cuong and his 24-year-old sister, Ha Vu, were working at their parents' restaurant, the Kim Anh restaurant, when they were brutally murdered by Antoinette Frank, a New Orleans police officer, and her accomplice, 18-year-old Rogers LaCaze.
