Cathryn Lambert, a 48-year-old woman from Mesopotamia, OH, tragically lost her life on April 25, 2017. She was fatally shot by Douglas Scott Day, a 23-year-old man from Roaming Shores, Ashtabula County. The incident also resulted in injuries to Cathryn's daughter, Tiffany Lambert, who was 26 years old at the time.
