Devonte Long, a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on December 26, 2021, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred on McClelland Drive, where Devonte was pronounced dead at the scene. According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, the shooting followed a verbal altercation.
