William Robert "Bob" Lang Jr., a 76-year-old man from Natchitoches, Louisiana, was found shot dead in his bed on December 29, 2021. His death was ruled a homicide after an autopsy revealed multiple gunshot wounds. Lang's wife, who is visually impaired, reported him missing after not hearing from him for over 24 hours.
