Hiram Phillips Jr., a 35-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Natchitoches, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on January 27, 2020. His death was part of a double homicide that occurred at his residence in the 900 block of Short Seventh Street. Alongside him, 41-year-old Larry Batiste was also found deceased, and a female victim, who was Hiram's girlfriend, was discovered with life-threatening gunshot wounds.
