U-Roy Alphonso James, a 25-year-old Black / African American male, was last seen in the Sunny Isles area of Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands on December 14, 2004. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white T-shirt and stone-washed whitish-blue three-quarter jeans.
