Death by Force

LaDarious Scott, a 22-year-old Black male from Winnfield, Louisiana, was tragically killed on June 19, 2022, in Natchitoches, Louisiana. According to reports, officers from the Natchitoches Police Department responded to the 100 block of North Melrose Avenue around 2:13 p.m. after receiving calls about gunshots in the area. Upon arrival, they found LaDarious Scott suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Natchitoches Parish Coroner’s Office.
