Rodney D. Richards, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 8, 2018, in Natchitoches, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:42 AM, when the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff's Office received multiple 911 calls reporting gunfire in the 200 block of Michelle Drive, situated off La.
