Jay L. Tousant Jr., a 21-year-old man, was fatally shot in Natchitoches, Louisiana, on August 6, 2022. The incident that claimed his life took place on Woodyard Drive, prompting an ongoing homicide investigation by the Natchitoches Police Department. At the time of his death, Tousant was a father to a young daughter and son.
