In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Natchitoches, Louisiana, tragedy struck the community. On May 31, 2020, Eddie Varice Jr., a 34-year-old male, was fatally shot. The incident, which occurred at a local motel, cut short the life of a man known to his loved ones and community.
