Warren Prejean, a 32-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Lafayette, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on January 16, 2022. Prejean, affectionately known as "Pi'joe" by his friends and family, was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. He was known for his big heart, infectious smile, and willingness to help others. His death was a result of gun violence, which deeply affected his family and the community.
