Whitney Wilson, a 34-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on January 18, 2022, in New Orleans, LA. The incident occurred on Interstate 10 near the Crowder Boulevard exit. Whitney was driving with her daughter in the car when she was shot multiple times. Her sister-in-law, Reone Watts, was on the phone with her at the time of the shooting and heard her niece screaming in the background, telling her mom to wake up.
