In the pre-dawn hours of a Wednesday morning in Atlanta, Georgia, the life of George Zachary Andrews, a 38-year-old Black / African American man, was brought to an abrupt and violent end. On November 1, 2023, at approximately 4:11 a.m., police responded to a call of a person shot at a Texaco gas station in the Lakewood Heights neighborhood.
