Andrew Barkley, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 14, 2019, in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred during a violent armed robbery at the Vineyard Walk Apartments on Flat Shoals Road. Barkley, along with 26-year-old Jeremie Tyson, was fatally shot in what police described as a chaotic exchange of gunfire.
