The incident unfolded around 11:20 p.m. in the parking lot of the Loca Luna restaurant on Amsterdam Avenue in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia. Munoz-Ramirez, a resident of Acworth and known for his passion for cars, had gotten into an argument with an individual who was leaning on his sports car.
The verbal confrontation quickly
