Andres Munoz-Ramirez, a 23-year-old Hispanic man, was fatally shot on the night of October 24, 2021, in an act of sudden violence that stemmed from a trivial dispute. The incident unfolded around 11:20 p.m. in the parking lot of the Loca Luna restaurant on Amsterdam Avenue in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia. Munoz-Ramirez, a resident of Acworth and known for his passion for cars, had gotten into an argument with an individual who was leaning on his sports car.
