Johnny Edward Howard Jr., a 27-year-old Black male, was tragically found shot to death in Chosewood Park, Atlanta, GA, on June 1, 1999. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. at 400 Nolan St. The circumstances surrounding his death were immediately treated as a homicide, prompting a thorough investigation by the Atlanta Police Department.
