Kevin Spruill, a 30-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 9, 2020, in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred during a child custody exchange at a Chevron gas station located at the intersection of Forest Parkway and Tara Boulevard in Clayton County. Kevin had accompanied his girlfriend to the gas station to meet her ex-boyfriend, Tony Stevenson, who is the father of her children.
