Rodney Stafford, a 25-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on October 23, 2015, in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred at the corner of Welch Street and Mary Street in Southwest Atlanta. Rodney Stafford was discovered by Atlanta police with three gunshot wounds.
