Racquel Gillard, a 38-year-old woman from New Orleans, LA, was tragically shot and killed on April 14, 2014, in the 2300 block of Josephine Street in Central City. The incident occurred when 17-year-old Johntrell Washington, who was considered armed and dangerous, shot Gillard multiple times.
