Jermond Chance Lewis, a 41-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 15, 2022, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Economy Inn and Suites located in the 5100 block of Westwood Park off Monkhouse Drive. Lewis was shot multiple times, sustaining ten gunshot wounds, and was subsequently run over by a Jeep driven by the assailant.
