Ronald "Ronnie" Paul Marter, a nearly two-year-old boy from Shreveport, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on October 18, 2022. Ronnie, along with his 10-month-old sister, Lillian Rose Marter, was found inside a vehicle at Bill Cockrell Park in what authorities believe to be a murder-suicide incident.
