Phuoc Dinh Le, a 32-year-old man from Longview, Texas, was fatally shot on April 1, 2024, while driving on Interstate 20 in Shreveport, Louisiana. At the time of the incident, Le was driving westbound on I-20 and had slowed down due to police working on an accident near Fairfield Avenue. As he was slowed, another vehicle passed by and fired a shot at Le’s vehicle, striking him in the abdomen.
