In the pre-dawn hours of a September morning in Shreveport, Louisiana, the life of Leviticus S. Washington was tragically cut short. On September 24, 2023, the 22-year-old man was inside a vehicle at the intersection of Southern Avenue and West 70th Street. At approximately 3:40 a.m., in a sudden act of violence, shots were fired from a passing vehicle, striking Washington.
