Samario Webb, a 30-year-old African American male, was found dead on August 23, 2017, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Webb was discovered lying in the roadway with a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The incident occurred in the 2500 block of Grove Street, and the police believe that Webb was shot by an attacker who fled the scene in a black Dodge Charger. The vehicle was later recovered abandoned in the 4200 block of Lakeshore Drive.
