On April 6, 2022, Garry Camel, a 25-year-old male from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on Willow Street. Camel was found inside a vehicle with gunshot wounds and died at the scene from his injuries. A second person, a 20-year-old male, was also in the vehicle but was not injured. Investigators believe that the shots were fired from a passing vehicle.
