On a Wednesday afternoon in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the sound of gunfire shattered the calm of the 2300 block of Willow Street. When the chaos subsided, 25-year-old Garry Camel was found inside a vehicle, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
