Tywonne Neal, a 21-year-old African American male from Hammond, Louisiana, was reported missing on July 17, 2022. His disappearance prompted an investigation by the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office. Throughout the investigation, detectives conducted several interviews and were able to identify three individuals responsible for Neal's disappearance.
