In the winter of 2022, the life of 19-year-old Willie Willow Earl Winzer was cut short in a burst of violence. On the afternoon of Monday, December 12th, police in Ruston, Louisiana, responded to a call of a shooting at the Edgewood Square Apartments on McDonald Avenue.
