Willie Willow Earl Winzer, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 12, 2022, in Ruston, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Edgewood Square Apartments on McDonald Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Winzer suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to the Northern Louisiana Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
